Villa Tereza is an immovable cultural monument registered under the registration number 40964/1-1795. The historic representative building in Italská Street in Žižkov is managed by the Diplomatic Service, Contributory Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
The subject of this public contract was the complete reconstruction of the stone retaining walls of the fence and the repair of the adjacent courtyard and historic buildings. In view of the monumental character of the building, all work related to the repair of the retaining wall, roof trusses and facades of the courtyard buildings was carried out under the restoration regime, i.e. by restorers with the relevant permits from the Ministry of Culture and under the supervision of the National Heritage Institution.
