The corner, architecturally and historically valuable townhouse on Alšovo Square in Písek has been a protected cultural monument since 1958. The house is located in the historic center of the town. It has undergone a number of reconstructions in the past. The subject of this project was reconstruction and construction work.

The valuable townhouse in Písek has undergone a number of reconstructions in its history. It acquired its present appearance after radical reconstructions carried out at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, from which the valuable classical façade has been preserved.

The subject of the work carried out on this building was the professional reconstruction of the historic hipped roof structure covered with tiles and repairs to the facades. The implementation included carpentry work for the reconstruction of the roof trusses, as well as carpentry work, plumbing construction, roofing and professional façade work.

The aerial and historical images are from the archives of the Public Library of Písek, which has its seat in this building in the past.
